I、Use of equipment
1.1 Pour the appropriate amount of material into the drum, the drum effectively mix one-third;
1.2 Turn the “power” knob to make the equipment energized;
1.3 Press the forward stirring button to start forward stirring;
1.4 Connect the water pump to add water while mixing, and connect the spray nozzle inside;
1.5 Stirring to the desired effect, press the stop button; (stirring time should be based on the best results of the previous time)
1.6 Press the reverse button to start reverse discharging;
1.7 End of stirring: add the drum to the water, forward stirring and cleaning, reverse discharging;
II、Requirements for use
2.1 Before use, please read this manual carefully;
2.2 Add one-third lubricant to the reducer before use;
2.3 This machine is strictly prohibited collision, use must be placed on the level ground, handling should prevent tilting and inverted to avoid failure;
4.4 Before connecting the working power, make sure the machine is off, turn on the power and open the switch to run formally, the power supply voltage shall not be lower or higher than 10% of the rated working voltage;
2.5 Do not touch the drum during operation to avoid injury;
III、Maintenance
Before all maintenance work is carried out, the power supply should be cut off and the air pressure should be exhausted, otherwise it is very easy to cause danger!
3.1 Please keep the equipment clean and scrub the equipment regularly for maintenance;
3.2 Regularly check whether there is any abnormality when the equipment connection is running;
3.3 Chain connections are regularly checked and grease is added;
3.4 Reducer regularly check and add lubricant;
3.5 Regularly check whether the line is loose and tighten it in time;
