The customer is a tea processing factory in Uzbekistan. They planned to launch a new project for fruit and flower flavored tea by blending dried fruits, flowers, and tea leaves, then enhancing the finished blend with a fruit-flavor liquid aroma to create a stronger and more consistent taste profile.

Our Customized Solution
Based on the customer’s target capacity, we confirmed the appropriate machine model and designed a customized solution tailored to tea leaf characteristics.
Gentle Drum Mixing with Customized Internal Lifters
To protect tea leaves and maintain the integrity of dried fruits and flowers, we customized internal lifters inside the drum mixer to ensure gentle tumbling and uniform mixing.
Peristaltic Pump for Uniform Aroma Spraying
To achieve precise and even liquid dosing, we equipped the system with a peristaltic pump connected to a spray pipeline inside the drum. This ensures stable flow and uniform distribution of the fruit-flavor aroma during mixing.
Hot Air Heating Blower for Drying
A heating hot-air blower was integrated to dry the product after spraying. Drying and mixing are coordinated to improve aroma coating and maintain product quality.
Dehumidification and Dust Control at Discharge
To address humidity and dust concerns in the workshop, we installed a small extraction fan above the discharge outlet. The customer can connect a duct and vent it outside the workshop to achieve dehumidification and dust removal during discharge.
Sealed Pneumatic Discharge Valve for Easy Operation
The discharge outlet uses a sealed pneumatic valve to improve dust-tight performance and simplify operation, making discharge faster and cleaner.
Conveyor Integration for Smooth Line Connection
Both the feeding and discharge sections were equipped with conveyors, allowing easy integration with upstream and downstream equipment and improving overall production efficiency.
