Workflow
Material conveying: the screw conveyor firstly conveys the raw materials from the silo or other storage equipment to the inlet of the double screw belt mixer.
Homogeneous mixing: after the material enters the double screw belt mixer, the double screw belt mixing blade starts to work, mixing the material evenly to the set standard.
Completion of mixing: when the mixing reaches the requirements, the materials can be discharged directly through the discharge port of the mixer, or continue to be transported through the screw conveyor to the next process, such as packaging, storage or further processing.
