As an important agricultural country, Turkey’s fertilizer industry urgently requires automated packaging line solutions. Then the sector is now transitioning from traditional processes to intelligent production.
In October 2024, a Turkish compound fertilizer manufacturer discovered our drum mixer and automated packaging line at an industry exhibition. Notably, this company had long depended on imported equipment. However, facing both EU environmental standards and local demands for production efficiency, they needed solutions that could simultaneously enhance mixing uniformity and achieve automated packaging.
The customer clearly raised two core concerns of automated packaging line during the initial communication:
Mixing uniformity: Could the drum mixer handle significant specific gravity differences between NPK particles?
System compatibility: Would the automated packaging line adapt to Turkish tonnage bags/sachets while meeting CE certification?
To address these concerns, our team employed 3D animations demonstrating equipment mechanisms:
The dual-mode drum mixer combines forward/reverse rotation with spiral blades and 3D deflectors, achieving 99.6% uniformity verified by third-party tests
The packaging system features intelligent weighing modules and frequency conversion control, enabling 25-50kg specification switching with <0.5‰ error rate.

Given Turkey’s strict safety requirements, we implemented a dual strategy:
Technical adaptation: Adding corrosion-resistant coatings for abrasive mixing materials
Certification compliance: Presenting CE certification while aligning with Turkish Agricultural Machinery Import License, Fertilizer Law and EU REACH regulations

In January 5, the client conducted factory tests with exceptional results. Then they immediately signed contracts for 1 drum mixer and automated packaging line.
During implementation, we provided localized training covering equipment maintenance, formula adjustments, and EU GMP compliance protocols. Moreover, this ensured seamless operational transition for their technical team.
The successful implementation of this project provides an innovative model for cross-border agrochemical equipment cooperation. Through the organic integration of customized automated packaging line and intelligent mixing system. We not only helped the customer to break through the technical bottleneck, but also built a sustainable production system that meets the EU-Turkey dual standards.
According to the project acceptance data, the new equipment increased the customer’s production capacity by 40%. The packaging loss rate was reduced to 0.3%, and the annual operation and maintenance cost savings exceeded 120,000 euros.
