In order to better support the production needs of Thai customers and improve equipment efficiency, Zhengzhou Hongdi Machinery Co., Ltd. organized a technical team to visit Thai customers’ factories for mechanical technical guiding activities. This guidance is not only an opportunity for technical exchange, but also an important measure to strengthen cooperation with customers.
1.Factory Overview
Located on the suburbs of Bangkok, the Thai customer’s factory covers an area of approximately 60,000 square metres and mainly produces white granulated sugar blends. The factory has advanced production equipment and professional technical team, and its annual output value reaches 350 million US dollars. The Thai customer purchased 2 sets of our company’s stainless steel drum mixers and packing machines combination production line in September 2022 for uniform mixing and packing of white sugar, glucose and other materials; and the Thai customer additional purchased 2 sets of white sugar mixing and packing production line in November 2023.
2.Preparation Work
Before heading towards the customer’s factory, we made full preparations. Firstly, we determined the main contents and objectives of this technical guidance and made a detailed work plan. Secondly, we prepared relevant technical information and material of training, and carried out debugging and testing of equipment to making sure everything’s going smoothly. Finally, we arranged a team of engineers and technical experts with rich on-site experience and professional knowledge.
3. Technical guidance content
At the factory, we have provided comprehensive training for our customers’ technical personnel. It mainly covers the following aspects:
(1)Equipment operation training: A detailed explanation of the operation process and precautions of the stainless steel drum mixer equipment was provided to ensure that the customer’s operators could master it proficiently.
(2)Maintenance knowledge: Introduces the daily maintenance and upkeep methods of the equipment, helping customers extend the service life of the equipment and reduce the failure rate.
(3)Production line optimization suggestion: The biggest problem customers currently face in production is the presence of impurities in white sugar raw materials, which need to be removed while improving production efficiency. According to the customer’s needs, we have designed an optimization plan for the production line, adding a linear screening machine at the front end to remove impurities in the white sugar.The white sugar then is transported to the stainless steel drum mixer via a“Z-shaped” elevator.
4.Customer feedback
The customer highly appreciates and recognizes our technical guidance and optimization plan. They believe that this guidance not only improved the technical level of the operators, but also brought practical benefits to the factory’s production. During the guidance process, the customer’s technical personnel actively participated in the interaction and raised many practical operational issues. We answered them one by one and achieved good communication results.
5.Results and Summary
Through this technical guidance, we not only helped the customer solve some practical problems, but also strengthened the cooperative relationship between the two parties. The customer is satisfied with our professional skills and service attitude, and hopes to have more technical exchanges and cooperation in the future. In the future, we will continue to maintain close contact with customers and provide higher quality technical support and services.
