Machine Overview and Functional Description
The machine works through the process of “Dispersion – Straightening – Conveying”: bottles at the feeding end are dispersed by a carousel or vibration mechanism, and the guiding components straighten the attitude (e.g., the bottle mouth is facing, the bottle is standing upright), and then conveyed by a chain belt according to a set rhythm. The machine is suitable for round, square and shaped bottles (plastic and glass), and can be adjusted to suit different bottle shapes by adjusting the bottle mold and conveying speed. Built-in anti-jamming detection, automatic shutdown protection in case of blockage. It can be adapted to round bottles, square bottles and some shaped bottles (e.g. flat bottles) by replacing the guiding molds and adjusting the parameters of the bottle-sorting mechanism, and the mechanical structure needs to be adjusted in advance according to the size of bottles and the position of the center of gravity to ensure the effect of the attitude correction.
- How to avoid bottle jamming during bottle handling?
The equipment is equipped with an anti-jam detection device, which automatically stops the machine when the bottles are stacked or in abnormal attitude; the feeding end adopts a decentralized turntable to control the rhythm of loading bottles, and the width of the conveyor track can be adjusted, which reduces the risk of jamming bottles by matching the design of the smooth inner wall.
