Recently, a customer from Libya visited HONGDI Machinery factory to learn more about our grinding and packaging equipment solutions. The customer owns a food processing factory mainly engaged in spice production and the sale of grains and cereals, and came to our factory to find suitable machines for spice grinding and product packaging.
During the visit, the customer brought a sample bag of spices for further communication. Our team introduced two types of grinding machines equipped with dust collection systems and explained their working principles, advantages, and suitable applications. These machines can help reduce dust during grinding, improve the working environment, and meet the processing needs of spice products.
In addition to the grinding equipment, we also discussed the customer’s packaging requirements in detail, including product type, packaging form, bag size, and production needs. Based on the customer’s actual packaging plan, our team recommended suitable packaging machine solutions to help improve production efficiency and packaging stability.
At the same time, we arranged an on-site test of the shrink wrapping machine. The customer observed the machine operation and packaging effect directly and was satisfied with the final performance.
This factory visit not only helped the customer better understand HONGDI’s equipment quality and technical support, but also deepened mutual trust and communication. At the end of the visit, both sides took a group photo as a record of this pleasant and productive meeting.
