Machine Overview and Functional Description
The top hopper stores materials, and the built-in 12 independent measuring modules precisely control the filling amount of materials in each column to ensure the weight consistency between bags. In the middle of the machine, 12 bags are synchronously formed by the film former, and the back sealing knife heats up and seals the back of the bags, and separates them into individual packages with the cutting device. The touch screen on the right side realizes visual setting of parameters, real-time monitoring of operation status, automatic fault alarm and convenient operation. All stainless steel, the material contact part meets the food/pharmaceutical hygiene standard, easy to clean, corrosion resistance, avoid material contamination. 12 lanes of parallel operation, the output is much higher than a single lane of machines, suitable for large-scale production.
