Machine Overview and Functional Description
This 3-lane four-side-seal granule packaging machine is a multi-lane automatic packaging equipment, which consists of feeding system, measuring device, bag making and sealing mechanism, control system and frame. The top hopper stores the granular material, and the metering unit (adapted to volumetric or weighing methods to ensure accurate dosing) feeds the material to the bag making area; the bag making is done through the cooperation of the molds and the heat sealing mechanism to synchronously form the 3 lanes of 4-side-seal bags, which improves the production efficiency. The control system is equipped with a touch screen, which can set the bag length, packing speed, measuring parameters, and monitor the operation in real time. The frame and the part of contacting materials are food-grade stainless steel, in line with hygiene standards, suitable for instant coffee, granular powder, seasoning and other granular products packaging, with high production efficiency, tight sealing, convenient operation, help enterprises to improve the level of packaging automation and production capacity.
